Cocktails

Wizzie’s Sour

Serve in a rocks glass.

  • 1½ oz. whiskey
  • ½ oz. orange liqueur
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 3 oz. Wizzie’s Lemon Mint Tea
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in rocks glass and add ice.
  2. Garnish with expressed orange peel.

Wizzie’s Lemon Mint Margarita

Serve over ice in a rocks glass, or neat in a coupe.

  • 1 ½ oz. tequila, blanco
  • ½ oz. orange liqueur
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • 1 ½ oz Wizzie’s Lemon Mint Tea

Directions:

  1. Add ice, shake.
  2. Strain into glass, with optional sugar rim.
  3. Garnish with lemon wheel and fresh mint.

Wizzie’s Lemon Mint Smash

Serve in a rocks glass or pint mason jar.

  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 4-5 sprigs fresh mint
  • 4 oz. Wizzie’s Lemon Mint Tea
  • Add 1½ oz. bourbon and ice

Directions:

  1. Muddle lemon and mint in a cocktail shaker or mason jar.
  2. Shake and pour all contents into a rocks glass, or serve in the mason jar.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint.

Wizzie’s Collins

Serve in a highball glass.

  • 1½ oz. gin or vodka
  • 4 oz. Wizzie’s Lemon Mint Tea
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Add ice and stir.
  2. Top with club soda or sparkling water (approx 1 oz).
  3. Garnish with lemon slice and fresh mint.

Wizzie’s Peach Ginger Margarita

Serve over ice in a rocks glass, or neat in a coupe.

  • 1 ½ oz. tequila, blanco
  • ½ oz. orange liqueur
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • 1 ½ oz. Wizzie’s Peach Ginger Tea

Directions:

  1. Add ice, shake.
  2. Strain into glass, with optional sugar rim.
  3. Garnish with lime wheel.
  4. Make it spicy—add fresh jalapeno slices to the shake

Wizzie’s Peach Mule

Serve in a rocks glass or copper mug.

  • 1½ oz. vodka
  • 3 oz. Wizzie’s Peach Ginger Tea
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 oz ginger beer

Directions:

  1. Combine first three ingredients.
  2. Add ice, stir, top off with ginger beer.
  3. Garnish with candied ginger and a fresh peach slice.

Wizzie’s Manhattan

Serve over ice in a rocks glass, or neat in a coupe.

  • 1 oz. whiskey
  • 1 oz. red vermouth
  • ½ oz. fresh orange juice
  • 2 oz. Wizzie’s Peach Ginger Tea
  • ½ tsp Luxardo cherry juice
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Directions:

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into rocks or coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with Luxardo cherries and orange twist.

Wizzie’s Blueberry Hibiscus Smash

Serve in a rocks glass or pint mason jar.

  • 2 lemon wedges, cut up
  • 3-4 basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 3 oz. Wizzie’s Blueberry Hibiscus Tea
  • 1 ½ oz. gin, vodka or white rum

Directions:

  1. Muddle lemon wedges, basil and sugar in mason jar.
  2. Add ice, shake and pour all contents into a rocks glass, or serve in the mason jar.
  3. Make it a Spritz! — top off with sparkling water.

Wizzie’s Passion Fruit Lime Punch

Serve in a rocks glass or a highball glass.

  • 1 ½ oz. dark rum
  • 3 oz. Wizzie’s Passion Fruit Lime Tea
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice

Directions:

  1. Add ice and stir.
  2. Garnish with a lime slice.

Wizzie’s Passion Fruit Lime Margarita

Serve over ice in a rocks glass, or neat in a coupe.

  • 1 ½ oz. tequila
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • ½ tsp orange liqueur
  • 3 oz. Wizzie’s Passion Fruit Lime Tea

Directions:

  1. Add ice, shake, strain into a glass with a spicy or salt rim
  2. Make it spicy—add a few dashes of jalapeno bitters or slices of fresh jalapeno pepper

Wizzie’s Lemon Mint Green Tea Gimlet

Serve in a coupe glass.

  • 1 T cucumber, chopped small
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz. Wizzie’s Lemon Mint Green Tea
  • 1 1/2 oz. gin or vodka
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Honey Simple Syrup*

*Honey Simple Syrup:
1/4 Cup honey
2 T boiling water
Stir ingredients to combine, and cool. Can be refrigerated for up to 2 months.

Directions:

  1. Muddle cucumber and mint in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients along with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe.
  3. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a sprig of mint.

Wizzie’s Lemon Mint Green Tea Mule

Serve over ice in a rocks glass.

  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz. vodka
  • 2 oz. Wizzie’s Lemon Mint Green Tea
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 2 oz ginger beer

Directions:

  1. Muddle mint and sugar in a rocks glass.
  2. Add the rest of ingredients to the glass along with ice.
  3. Top with ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime twist.

Mocktails

Fizzie Wizzie

Serve over ice in a rocks glass or a highball glass.

  • 4 oz. Wizzie’s Tea (Lemon Mint, Peach Ginger, Blueberry Hibiscus or Passion Fruit Lime)

Directions:

  1. Top with sparkling water, and stir.
  2. Garnish with a lime or lemon slice.

Wizzie’s Lemon Mint Mocktail

Serve in a highball glass.

  • 4 oz. Wizzie’s Lemon Mint Tea
  • 1 oz. fresh orange juice
  • 2 oz. fresh lime juice

Directions:

  1. Add ice and stir.
  2. Top with 1 oz sparkling water or grapefruit soda.
  3. Add 4-5 drops aromatic bitters.
  4. Garnish with lemon slice and fresh mint.

Wizzie’s Spicy Peach Ginger Mocktail

Serve over ice in a rocks glass.

  • 4 oz. Wizzie’s Peach Ginger Tea
  • 1/2 oz. Fire Cider
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Ginger Simple Syrup*
  • 1 orange slice or wedge, squeezed/expressed
  • 4-5 drops of aromatic bitters

*Lemon Ginger Simple Syrup:
1/4 Cup honey
2 T water
1/2 lemon, peel and juice
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat, cool, and strain. Can be refrigerated for up to 2 months.

Directions:

  1. Stir all ingredients together, and top with 1-2 oz. of sparkling water.

Wizzie’s Blueberry Hibiscus Mocktail

Serve in a rocks glass or pint mason jar.

  • 2 lemon wedges, cut up
  • 3-4 basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • Muddle in a cocktail shaker
  • 3 oz. Wizzie’s Blueberry Hibiscus Tea and ice

Directions:

  1. Muddle lemon, basil and sugar in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice, shake and pour all contents into a rocks glass, or serve in the mason jar.
  3. Top with sparkling water.

Wizzie’s Lemon Mint Green Tea Mule Mocktail

Serve over ice in a rocks glass.

  • 6 fresh mint leaves
